Wake up the same time every morning. Avoid caffeine. Especially before bedtime. Avoid sugar and salt. Avoid alcohol. Avoid fats and limit carbohydrates. Don't overeat and don't eat proteins and carbohydrates together. Digestion will become sluggish and you will feel tired. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Eat lighter, smaller portions more often. Exercise. Lose weight.Don't take naps during the day.
